You will also be creating the type of business environment which supports your values. This series is geared to independent business owners and those working inside organizations.

Each session will have a theme, a tool or technique that is experiential, some discussion, coaching of at least one person on a related issue, and some action to take as homework. We will email participants in advance with information that will be used during the session.
